Winemaker’s Notes:

60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. Handpicked from vineyards with an average age of 25 years, located at an altitude of 1,750 metres. The wine was matured for 8 months in French and American first-use oak barrels. It was then rested for at least another year in the bottle. This care and attention has brought out the very best in each individual varietal, creating a truly superb blend.

Mariana's Notes:

A Bordeaux inspired blend from the grape composition. This wine has more character and more intense fruit flavour compared to its French counterparts. This is a big, bold wine that deserves a beautiful piece of red meat or cheese to go with it. Only 7,000 bottles produced, so do not share too widly.
